What happens if I have too many issues or cancel too many deliveries?

At RUNR, we’re building a platform that respects and rewards drivers with better pay, flexible scheduling, and real support. We also expect a higher level of professionalism.

If a driver repeatedly cancels deliveries, shows up late, mishandles materials, or receives multiple complaints, their access to the platform may be paused or permanently removed.

We understand that things come up, and we’re not here to punish drivers for one-off situations. We do have a brand to protect and consistent issues disrupt job sites and hurt our reputation with contractors who rely on us to deliver fast and reliably.

RUNR pays more than other gig apps because we expect more. Our best drivers are treated like true partners and that’s what we’re looking for.

If you’re ever unsure about a delivery or need help, we’re here for you. Communicate early, do your best, and we’ll go far together.
